In price not included: visitor‘s tax in Jablonec nad Jizerou – 14,- Kč / 1 day / 1 person, insurance, transfer, catering, towels and toiletries (toilet paper in price included).

One week stays start with your arrival on Saturday from 14:00 till 18:00 and end on Saturady at 11:00 am. Please, inform us of any unexpected arrival delays by phone.
You can book you apartment by e-mail or by phone. According to your requirements, we will make a reservation for a period of 7 days, during which a cash advance must be paid in the amount of 50% of total price of your stay. After covering the cash advance, the reservation becomes obligatory and will be confirmed by delivery of a holiday voucher.
Remaining 50% of total price of your stay shall be paid in cash during the first day of your stay.

In case of cancellation on the part of customer, following fees apply:

For settling the cancellation fee, reservation cash advance shall be used.
Possible residue of cash advance shall be returned to customer` s account by bank transfer.
A deposit of 2000,-Kč is to be paid on your arrival day. The guest will receive the deposit after leaving the apartment free of damage.
